What is the difference between you and Steve Jobs? I believe he was brilliant but at the cost of his health. I am trying to have a better balance, but I am still learning each step of the way.

Discussion on the product/service

Can you describe your product/service to us?

We have a solution for hybrid work for companies. It enables them to book a space on the marketplace when they need it but also gives them tools to manage their internal workspaces, workforce, and expenses.

How did you get to an idea to start with this?

We started out of our own needs before Covid with the marketplace. Between pandemics, we pivoted since we saw that there are new problems emerging with remote and hybrid work.

What are your plans for the future?

To become a global leader for hybrid work software.

Rather Ginto or Whiskey? It depends. During summer I love to have a Gin tonic on special occasions but when it is colder and during winter a good whiskey with some coffee beans and a small piece of chocolate is so indulging for me.

Personal conversation

What is it like to run a business and what do you like the most?

When you choose a startup I guess you choose personal growth. You have to grow and learn each day and you can see how you are blocking and limiting yourself until you are able to go past that. What I like the most is the flexibility and freedom to create something amazing.

What are your biggest obstacles?

I think I am my biggest obstacle. Everything else is just reflecting that.

Are you more Goulash or Odojak? Caviar or Foie gras?

Uh, I like all of them except Odojak.

What advice would you give to other people that are interested in starting something new?

Follow your dream and see where it takes you.

What would you advise a founder to do?

Choose your investors wisely, get as much mentoring as possible at all stages.

What would you advise a founder not to do?

Don’t stay closed within your team, discuss your idea, plans with others, and see if you can learn something or be challenged by someone outside of your startup.

What is a key factor to success?

Perseverance.

How to teach a frog to smile?

Tickle it.😉

FRC Program

Can you tell us something about your experience in the FRC accelerator program?

Loved the demo day and the preparations for it.

What is your favorite spot on the planet?

Croatia’s islands.

What was the most important takeaway from the program?

The investment, learning how to interact with investors, and getting the introductions to them through Demo Day.

Would you suggest other founders to apply?

Yes.

Who was your favorite FRC team member? Why?

I like them all. If I must choose, my principal Aleš. He was always there for us with advice and pushing us to achieve results.
